Jhirna Safari Gateway Jeep Safari

The Jhirna jeep safari zone is one of the most eye-catching spots inside the Jim Corbett National Park and is visited by tourists by the Corbett Safari booking facilities. It lies at a distance of 16 km from Ramnagar and tourists need to have a special permit issued by the national park authority prior to making an entry to the zone. At the Southern coener of the Jim Corbett National Park, Jhirna zone is known as easy and best wildlife sightseeing. Blessed with amazing wildlife beauty, Jhirna zone is open all round the year for visitors. Once Jhirna was a village which relocated under Project Tiger to some other place and now become a dense forest The entrance gate for the Jhirna Safari zone is Dhela Gate, which is around 20 kms from Ramnagar.


  • Visitor Season : 15 November to 15 June.
  • Note : Maximum 6 persons are allowed in a Gypsy.
  • Child below 5 years will be complimentary.
  • Safari Includes : All entries, road tax, guide fee and gypsy charges.
